A Capella Rocks 2010 Education is an important aspect of OK City Chorus. 'A Cappella Rocks!' is a program OK City Chorus takes to area middle and high schools through an Allied Arts Education Outreach Grant. Students learn technique and music associated with this uniquely American art form by participating in a class presentation showcasing the fun of singing four-part harmony in the 'Barbershop' style. Through this Educational Grant the chorus had the privilege of teaching the Barbershop art form to 8 area high schools in 2010. Pictures below were taken at during one of the teaching moments.
